Annex No. 3 - AMENDMENTS TO THE CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT 

 Section A. Extension of the validity period of the "Grace" functionality 

Starting from 08.04.2025, the Credit Card Agreement is amended as follows: 

Chapter IV, letter D, point 2 is amended and will have the following content: 

As an exception, the primary cardholder will not owe interest on amounts used from Transactions representing payments for goods and services made to merchants, if all amounts owed to the Bank, from any type of transactions, are fully repaid to the Bank by the due date in the Billing Cycle immediately following the one in which the Transactions were recorded. This functionality is called "Grace" and applies only to Transactions representing payments for goods and services made to merchants and is valid until 31.12.2025, after which interest will be applied in the amount and under the conditions provided in this Agreement. The Bank may decide to extend the functionality and will notify the primary cardholder accordingly.
